We love this coffee and so do our customers who have ordered, brewed, ordered again.  It is all of these:  spicy like black pepper, sweet and pungent like cocoa, and slightly syrupy.  Timor has good acidity without the bite, and an excellent body.  The roast is MEDIUM, maintaining the earthy, spicy, sweet of the beans.
